To make it easier to plan your event, we've put together a list of approved caterers that know their way around the Manor House. These caterers have provided us with proof of required insurance and are knowledgeable of our preferred policies and regulations. If you would like to use another caterer, they will need to provide us with appropriate documentation in advance.

Before opening Restaurant Marché on Bainbridge, Greg Atkinson served as executive chef at Seattle’s venerable Canlis restaurant from 1996 to 2002. He launched the food and beverage program at IslandWood, the environmental learning center on Bainbridge Island and served as a chef instructor at Seattle Culinary Academy.
Atkinson is a winner of the James Beard Foundation’s M.F.K Fisher Distinguished Writing Award. The author of six books, including At the Kitchen Table; The Craft of Cooking at Home, Atkinson has chronicled his adventures as a chef and a home cook in essays and recipes that simultaneously reveal a personal passion for cooking and a practical understanding of the craft that helps others gain confidence in the kitchen.
He is also a contributing editor to Food Arts magazine where he reports on the restaurant industry, and a regular contributor to Pacific Northwest, the Sunday newsmagazine of
The Seattle Times.
Atkinson provides food commentary on KUOW, Seattle’s NPR station, and he serves as a guest host on KCTS Chefs, Seattle’s PBS station. He has been featured on the Award-winning series Chefs A’Field and Gourmet’s Cooking with Ruth Reichl.
