Chef Daniel Miller is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (Alumni 1998) located in Hyde Park, New York. He is the past chef and owner of Local Harvest Restaurant. Chef Daniel has spent 15 years cooking around the world for America’s elite on mega-yachts, in 90,000 square foot estates, and aboard private jumbo jets. His well-known clients include: Lisa Marie Presley, Bob Hope, Gregory Sachs, Leslie Wexner, Dan Marino, President George W. Bush, Peter & Tamara Lowe, Suze Orman, James Bishop, Butch Davis, Bruce Smith, Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas and Gloria Estefan. Chef Daniel also held positions as Executive Chef for the University of Miami, Executive Sous Chef at Shorewood C.C., Banquet chef for the Fontainebleau Hilton Miami and Banquet Chef for El San Juan Hotel & Casino located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
