Modified Room Check-In Procedures During Covid-19 Concerns (3.20.2020)
All 22 guest rooms and suites are available for guests with a modified check-in procedure that is designed to help make our guests’ stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
For the comfort of our guests during this time, we are instituting a Direct to Room Check-In process. Guests will be sent access instructions to your room, a map of our property , as well as in-room dining, wi-fi, and emergency contact information for use during your stay.
The Inn is also a pet-friendly hotel and property! We welcome you to bring your entire family and take advantage of our resort's open spaces and nearby ocean beaches to enjoy the fresh air with your pet.
The Management Office is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
The Pleasant Beach Village Management Office is in the very first building on the right side of Woodson Lane as you drive
up the hill, across from the pool parking lot. Feel free to call or email us for directions.

Founders Building, Pool Building and Garden Building Locations
Suites 1-8: Located in the Main Inn next to the Beach House Bar. Look for the black awning on the right side of Woodson Lane NE.
Suites 9-12: Please proceed on NE Woodson Lane and turn left at Pitts Path (this is directly after The Pool). The rooms are located above the Pool building with parking directly in front of each room.
Suites 13-22: Please proceed on NE Woodson Lane and turn left on Pitts Path. The rooms are located to the right with parking available along both sides of Pitts Path.
For assistance, you can reach our on-call staff at 206-849-0634. Cell signals can sometimes be an issue on the island. Feel free to use our complimentary on-site Wi-Fi to enhance cell service signal.
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking.
All rooms will be paid in full at check in.
Reservations must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival date to avoid being charged one full night's room and tax.
Maximum of two (2) pets are permitted ONLY in rooms 1, 9 and 11 with Innkeepers pre-approval. There is a $250 deposit held on the credit card for pet incidentals. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pets and pay for any damage caused by pets during their stay. There is a $50 per pet, per night fee that will be added to your room reservation. Please call the main office at 206.866.6499 if you plan to bring your furry friend along.
