at The Manor House
Celebrate your special day at The Manor House.
During this Fall and Winter we can now offer ceremonies for up to 30 guests* in The Manor House. at Pleasant Beach Village.
Choose an intimate ceremony in our wood-paneled Library with a cozy fire, followed by a reception for up to 3 hours in the elegant Dining Room of the Tudor-style Manor House. Guests will enjoy breathtaking views of Rich Passage and west-facing sunsets from the covered Fireside Patio adjacent to the grand dining room during the reception.
Fall and Winter weddings will also receive a discounted venue fee of $1,500 for up to 4 hours including ceremony and a food & beverage minimum of $75 per person. Our team will help you customize your food and beverage menu to your tastes.
The Manor House still offers a 'no fault' Covid refund policy; any deposit will be completely refundable if the government requires cancelling an event during the Corona virus outbreak.

Fall and Winter Weddings at the manor house
No-Fault Booking Policy
With our ‘no-fault’ booking policy, any cancellation or postponement caused by changing government restrictions will not be subject to a cancellation fee and all deposits are fully refundable. Couples booking their Tiny Wedding will receive an additional discount on our regular venue fee of 20% if they choose to book a larger wedding party in 2021 or 2022.
*All events held at The Manor House will adhere strictly to current government guidelines to assure the safety and comfort of our guests. Dates will be available for booking as our venue becomes legally open to catering small events.
